As part of the Kibble Park upgrade, Scape was contracted to carry out the upgrade to the existing café building and landscape the entire park. New rendered paint finish to external walls, decking, sails, enclosures and landscaping transferred this old building into modern café which compliments the newly landscaped surrounds. The landscape features provide covered seating, new play area, a rock lined shallow stream and shady open space areas. The works included:

This property has been transformed from a lazy rural property into a world class equestrian training / breeding facility. Scape was contracted to carry out paddock construction, drainage, roadworks, pavements, building foundations and flooring, retaining, landscaping and maintenance. This quality project once again incorporated a range of works through excavation, civil and landscaping.

The Grove is part of the memorial gardens at Palmdale Memorial Park. Scape was contracted to create memorial gardens and paths with a central waterfall and pond feature. The pond is self-filtering, is a heavily reinforced concrete structure and has a flow of water cascading over the rocks at 300 litres per second. Scape also installed surrounding landscaping &planting and a large reflection pond. Works include:
CLIENT: Wyong Shire Council
Scape was engaged to construct composite fibre and recycled plastic stairs and strip footings, piles, framing, stairs and handrails and restoration of the site. The new stairs provide access for the community to North Shelly Beach.The structure called for strip footings, a composite fibre frame and recycled plastic stairs. The levels of the dune also needed to be reshaped to match the proposed design levels.The scope of the work under the contract included the following:
CLIENT: Gosford City Council This stormwater drainage and road reconstruction project was for the supply and installation of 360 lineal metres of RCP’s ranging in size from 375 dia to 900 dia, pit construction, 240 metres of road reconstruction and associated works.The aim of the project was to improve the street drainage system to eliminate property flooding downstream of Parry Ave. The existing drainage system was extended to improve collection with kerb and gutter installed to collect stormwater flows and direct it to the collection pits. The works involved the reconstruction of part of Parry Ave. The scope included:
CLIENT: Retire Australia
Scape was engaged to construct a residential subdivision in Jaeger Rd incorporating land clearing, bulk and detailed earthworks, retaining walls, roads, footpaths, water mains, gas mains, fire service, sewer, stormwater, drainage channels and wetlands, pedestrian bridge and landscaping.
The site is surrounded by wetlands which required unique environmental management techniques. Project scope included:

The drainage works performed for Gosford City Council required dredging, widening and rock lining of approximately 85 metres of Mudflat Creek, upstream of Noble Rd, Killcare.
The project required extensive environmental management as the works were undertaken in an active waterway and were affected by tidal movements, inclement weather and continual creek flows.

Scape Constructions was engaged by Newcastle City Council to carry out works in Merewether Public Domain to widen the shared pathway, and provide a new viewing promenade. The works included realignment of the road corridor at the southern end of John Parade, and replacement of the existing pedestrian path and edge beam.

The Park on the Hill project creates a series of linked social spaces within an existing car park at the University of Newcastle.
