Woy Woy Memorial Park Seawall Remediation

CLIENT: Gosford City Council

The seawall at Woy Woy required remediation of the existing masonry wall along Woy Woy Memorial Park. Scape was contracted to perform the construction of a rock armour layer and new seawall incorporating a precast concrete slab walling and boardwalk. The works included:

  • Environmental protection of works from waves, tidal action, stormwater management and dewatering
  • Survey including seabed
  • Demolition, disposal and earthworks
  • Steel screw piles – All screw piles approx. 8.5m long
  • Maritime concrete install
  • Repairs to existing brick wall
  • Rock work
